What you are purchasing
Unless a product listing specifically states otherwise, UNPAUSED products are digital downloads. No physical item will be posted to you.
Product photographs and mock-ups may show our digital products displayed on tablets, printed pages, books or other physical formats to demonstrate how they can be used. These images are for illustration only and do not mean you are purchasing a physical product.
Receiving your download
Once payment has been successfully completed, your digital product will be made available electronically using the email address provided during checkout.
Please make sure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.
If you do not receive your download or have difficulty accessing it, contact us at lorna@ourytt.co.uk and we will help.
Printing and using your product
Some UNPAUSED products have been designed so that you can either use them digitally or print them at home.
Printing costs are not included in the purchase price. Results may vary depending on your printer, paper, device and software.
Personal use only
Your purchase gives you a licence to use the digital product for your own personal use.
You may download, save and print copies for yourself.
You may not reproduce, copy, share, distribute, upload, resell, modify for resale or commercially exploit an UNPAUSED product, in whole or in part, without prior written permission.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property contained within it.
Refunds and cancellation
Digital purchases are also subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Where you request immediate access to digital content and provide the required consent and acknowledgement, your statutory 14-day cancellation right ends once supply of the digital content begins.
This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is faulty, not as described or otherwise fails to meet the requirements of UK consumer law.
Health information
UNPAUSED products contain general information, educational material and tools for personal reflection relating to perimenopause, menopause and wellbeing.
They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and should not be used as a substitute for individual advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
If you are concerned about symptoms or changes in your health, seek appropriate medical advice.

Unless otherwise stated, the written content, worksheets, graphics, designs and other materials contained within UNPAUSED products are owned by or licensed to Our YTT Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.
